| • The East Yard Manifolds consists of two (2) separate manifolds: a Suction Manifold and a Discharge Manifold. • The East Yard Suction is a 16” diameter 4x18 header manifold. • The East Yard Discharge manifold is a 12” diameter 18x20 header configuration, fabricated in (5) modules, in order to facilitate transportation. • Design, fabrication, and testing in compliance with US Department of Transportation. Client specifications, API and ASME codes with a 100% X-ray requirements. • All modules were fabricated, painted, assembled, Electrical & Instrumentation, and tested indoor and transported to New Jersey, USA. Features: • 420 tons of piping: 12” to 16” diameter • Sunction: 95’ long x 15’ width • Discharge: 108’ long x 95’ width • 3,300 welded joints • 100% X-ray in-house: aprox. 10,000 films • 6,000ft. of piping Suction Manifold: • 16” piping, total 101 mt, structure total 26 mt • Dimension 95ft x 15ft • Total Valves: 72 each • Total weld Joints: 436 each • X-Ray films used: 1300 • 1,830 linear feet of welding (piping) |
